IMPACT

The Wisconsin National Guard Drug Control Program has developed LEAP to correspond with the National Drug Control Strategy published by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). The strategy calls for the reduction of current use of illegal drugs in youth. Along with ONDCP, the Wisconsin Drug Control Program impacts schools and community based organizations by stopping drug use before it starts. In the future the Wisconsin Drug Control Program will survey youth participating in each phase of the program.
